THE CHALLENGE
The Museum had three different phone vendors and needed a solution to consolidate them to save money on their monthly bill. The VoIP phones were pretty new and they didn’t want to replace them. In addition, they were in the process of adding an additional location and they wanted to have a phone system that would link the locations together so they could dial an extension to reach the other office.
OUR SOLUTION
THE APPROACH & RESULTS
The hosted phone solution that ICS Voice offers allowed TCHM to have their existing VOIP phones reprogrammed and provisioned so they didn’t have to purchase all new phones. At their new location, new phones were deployed and provisioned so both their new and existing phones worked on the same system. ICS Voice provided onsite training and support to get them up and running quickly and smoothly.
This solution allowed for a simplification in telephone vendors—to just ICS Voice—and reduced their monthly expenditure for their telephone service. THCM also saved money upfront by have their existing phones reused. Employees were easily moved to the new location because the new phone system allowed them to dial extensions directly between locations. And now they have one phone vendor to work with for all of their telephone needs.
